The Supreme Court has announced that the court’s rejection earlier this month (cf. The Group’s announcement of 5 November 2015) of the desired appeal regarding the offshore windfarm Robin Rigg has been withdrawn, and that the opposing party is allowed to conduct the case at the Supreme Court. The Group expects a final decision no earlier than in 2016.

As a consequence of the Court’s decision, the Group re-recognises the provision of DKK 195 million as a loss debited under Special Items. Special Items is now expected to amount to DKK 0 in 2015 against the previous guidance of an income of DKK 195 million. Besides this, the financial guidance for 2015 is not affected.

Forward-looking statements are inherently subject to risk and uncertainty which may cause actual developments to differ materially from the guidance provided.
